Fast draining peat based soil mix. Alternatively you can use your average potting soil and add in bark or perlite for better drainage.

Thorough watering in Spring and Summer will mimic rain showers in its natural habitat.
Cut down on watering throughout Winter as this is their dormancy period.
Temperature:
Optimum temperatures are between 18 and 25 degrees celsius and above.
Humidity:
60% and above. Will thrive in a greenhouse environment where high levels of humidity can be attained. It can thrive in some indoor locations as well such as the bathroom, otherwise you can consider a humidifier (browning of leaf tips may be an indicator of low humidity levels)
Fertilizer:
Diluted fertilizer (half strength) in Spring and Summer once every two weeks
